Projections
Question 3: Apply critical thinking and communication skills to draw three conclusions from the visual data presented in the article and use the conclusions drawn to make inferences about future projections based on the data. (Visual Communication and Empirical Quantitative Skills).
Grading will be based on whether three conclusions were drawn from the visual data and whether any inferences were made about future trends. The following scale will be used for this answer.
To make 100 percent: Uses the quantitative and visual analysis of the data as the basis for competent judgment, drawing three reasonable and appropriately qualified conclusions. IN ADDITION, successfully uses the conclusions drawn to make reasonable inferences about future trends.
Helpful Guidance for Question 3:
Identify visual data (graphs, charts) and make sure you fully understand what the visual data is displaying. You also want to read the article and convey the author’s information.
